Everyone can bring their own ammo boxes (so even as a sniper, you can have bottomless ammo. There's no attrition system so every time you get a kill, the enemy drops an ammo bag pickup so you continuously are getting fed ammo, as not just camping in one spot. ![]() The support class gets a dart gun that heals and revives (but confirmed getting a nerf that removes the ability to revive). Pretty sure they'll get nerfed, but every soldier now has the ability to spawn in with a anti-air rocket (meaning there's going to be plenty of threats as a pilot). I've played the closed Beta test and from what I can tell the game needs a lot of polish in a few areas, particularly with class and weapon balancing. We all agree though to wait for reviews, but fortunately Amazon allows you to cancel orders quite easily and you could actually benefit from paying less than a week or days out from release date if the reviews are great. Just some of the examples on the top of my head anyway. On release from memory the price was $68+ But if reviews were stellar, I would have been quite happy with that ~$20 saving. I had a Cyberpunk 2070 preorder for $54 and I cancelled it after review embargo was lifted. It's not a lot granted, but there have been instances of this happening where if you had preordered well in advance it would have been $20-30 cheaper then if you simply ordered less than a week prior to release.Ĭyberpunk 2070 (yeah terrible example I know lol) where people had preorders years out for $5X because of price dips months earlier that never quite got that low in the days leading up to it coming out. If you had preordered a few days prior to release you would have paid $75. If you had originally preordered a year out, then the price dip in February 2021 would have automatically triggered and had been applied to your preorder resulting in a price of $68. ![]() Here are some recent examples of what I meant.īiomutant PS4 had preorders opened about a year out from release. ![]()
